We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your LANEIGE purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products in new or gently used condition. Please note that items must have been purchased directly from our official website to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
